Alan Hughes
Alan Hughes is an artist and graphic designer with New Internationalist.
In 1983 he gained a BA in Visual Communications. Prior to that he had been (for 15 years) a sheetmetal worker at British Federal Welder, Dudley, West Midlands. A socialist, trade unionist, passionate Aston Villa supporter and Beatles nut, he lives in Oxford with his 12-year-old daughter, Esme.
